Operating under Scitech and supported by the Western Australian Government, Inspiring WA is dedicated to delivering inclusive, accessible, and diverse science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) programs to communities across the state.
Presented by WAITTA, the Game Changer Awards is a community-focused initiative designed to foster Western Australia’s future technology and science workforce by giving young innovators a platform to showcase their ideas directly to industry leaders.
By using STEM to tackle real-world challenges, Game Changer Awards projects empower WA’s young minds to design creative, localised solutions that address the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
This strategic collaboration aligns both organisations in their mutual goals to foster Western Australia’s future technology and science workforce by rewarding student innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.
“We are absolutely delighted to welcome Inspiring WA as a key partner for this year’s Game Changer Awards. Inspiring WA’s dedication to delivering inclusive, diverse, and accessible STEM engagement across Western Australian communities perfectly matches the missions of both WAITTA and the Game Changer Awards. Together, we are creating welcoming spaces where students from all backgrounds feel empowered to share their ideas, helping us bridge the gap from classrooms to careers.”

“Inspiring WA is excited to support the Game Changer Awards and celebrate the creativity and problem-solving skills of young people across WA. Opportunities like this help young people see where STEM can take them and connect with the wider STEM community.”
